Latac 2025

On May 4, 2025, Toronto hosted the official inauguration of LATAC — the Latin American Trade Association of Canada. The event brought together local government representatives, international consulates, business owners, and entrepreneurs committed to strengthening economic, trade, and cultural ties between Canada and Latin America. Hosted by national TV host Camila Gonzalez, the evening was a celebration of cross-border collaboration, marking the beginning of a new platform dedicated to bridging Latin American industries with Canadian entrepreneurs and fostering meaningful partnerships.

Latac 2026

On April 7, 2026, LATAC held its 1-Year Anniversary Summit at Metro Hall in Toronto, bringing together diplomats, business leaders, investors, healthcare professionals, tourism stakeholders, and policymakers under the theme "Global Pathways to Well-Being." The summit explored key topics such as trade corridors, healthcare access, eco-tourism, and sustainable development between Canada and Latin America. The event also marked a historic milestone: the official launch of TAASC, further strengthening Canada–Latin America partnerships. The evening concluded with an exclusive reception at Rogers Centre.
